Hello internet, I’d like to introduce you to someone. Now now, don’t give me that, I promise you’ll like them. Their name is Verdoppeln; Schnitzel Verdoppeln. Who/what is Schnitzel Verdoppeln? Well, it’s a German version of the infamous “Double-Down,” and I’ll go out on a limb here and say that it’s better than the original, healthier (relatively, maybe?) than the original, and easier to eat than the original. And the best part? They’re really easy to make, and they’re tailor-made for eating while you drink beer.
